This year, HLS Linen Services is pleased to share its 2025 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report, a reflection of the progress we’ve made and the priorities guiding us forward. As our role within the healthcare and hospitality sectors continues to grow, so does our responsibility to operate sustainably, support our workforce, and contribute positively to the communities around us.

This year’s report reflects meaningful progress in how we measure, manage, and improve our ESG performance. From strengthening environmental accountability to enhancing workplace safety and governance practices, we continue to build on over 50 years of operational excellence.

We remain focused on reducing our environmental footprint through investments in advanced processing technologies, water reuse systems, and energy-efficient equipment. In 2025, HLS took an important step forward by formally calculating Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions, establishing a baseline that will help guide future emissions reduction efforts and long-term sustainability planning.

Beyond our operations, our people and communities remain at the core of everything we do. We continue to foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace through ongoing training, active health and safety initiatives, and a zero-tolerance approach to workplace violence and harassment. At the same time, our textile reuse and donation programs allow us to support local organizations while reducing waste and contributing to more sustainable communities.

Strong governance continues to guide our approach. Through certified management systems, leadership oversight, and ongoing internal reviews, we uphold high standards of accountability, transparency, and ethical decision-making. In 2025, we also made progress in strengthening our ESG reporting practices, with a greater focus on data consistency and performance measurement.

Sustainability is an ongoing journey, and we remain committed to continuous improvement. As we look ahead, HLS will continue to focus on enhancing environmental efficiency, advancing workforce development, strengthening inclusion, and building on our climate accountability efforts.
