“I recently had a procedure done at the Riverside hospital. I was nervous, so I decided to take my son’s Elmo to comfort me. When I got home from the hospital, I realized I left Elmo behind.
Now, this just isn’t your average stuffed animal. This Elmo belonged to my 12-month-old son, who recently passed away.
Our little warrior spent 4 months in hospital fighting for his life. Elmo was just one of those things that never left his side. Even during our son’s tough times, he always managed to smile for Elmo.
HLS Linen Service became aware of our situation and did everything they could to help. They were so empathetic and compassionate. You can genuinely feel that they were going above and beyond to find our missing Elmo. I was starting to lose hope, but HLS Linen Service pulled through and found him!
Elmo’s little laundry adventure has come to an end and he has safely been returned. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your hard work and amazing communication. Words cannot even express how grateful I am to have him back.
